Responsibilities:

  1. Support and implement the facility's mission to deliver healthcare to those in need.
  2. Ensure patient care meets or exceeds quality standards.
  3. Maintain patient satisfaction levels in line with facility benchmarks.
  4. Educate patients on clinical and managed care aspects.
  5. Participate in clinic and network task forces as appropriate.
  6. Collaborate effectively as a clinic team member.
  7. Meet productivity standards.
  8. Utilize clinic financial and performance data effectively.
