Job Opportunity: Gastroenterologist

A large hospital system in southern Wisconsin is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join their team. 2024 fellows are encouraged to apply!

The role involves a typical week with office hours, inpatient rounds, and procedures. There is a shared call rotation for evenings and weekends among four Gastroenterologists and three advanced practice providers, covering office patients and inpatients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluation, diagnosis, consultation, treatment, and management of diseases and disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, including the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, pancreas, liver, gallbladder, and biliary system.
• Performing colonoscopies
• Performing endoscopies
• Performing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
