RecruitWell in Florida Keys south of Key Largo seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist for a full-time, office-based position with no hospital ER coverage. You’ll join an established GI practice with a robust support staff and opportunities for research and academic affiliations.

This role emphasizes functional GI disorders and preventive care, with the full spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic GI services.

Qualifications

• Experience and interest in functional GI disorders and preventive care.
• Provide full diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterology services.
• Proficiency in EGDs, colonoscopies, and ERCPs.
• MD/DO from an accredited institution; board certification or eligibility required.
• Eligible for or holding an active, unrestricted medical license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive GI diagnosis and treatment in a private practice setting.
• Perform EGDs, colonoscopies, and ERCPs as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, APRNs, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Engage in possible research opportunities and academic collaborations.
