Job description

Gastroenterology Position in Southern Illinois (Locums or Permanent)

- Location: Southern Illinois, approximately 1 hour from St. Louis, MO.

- Duration: Starting as early as February or March 1st, ongoing. Position open-ended or to permanent placement.

- Schedule: Part-time or full-time, 1 to 2 weeks per month. Options include Tuesday-Wednesday or days, with two endoscopy suites that can be flipped. Hours are 7:30/8 AM to 4:30/5 PM.

- Scope: Preference for candidates capable of performing ERCP and EUS procedures.

- Group: One other GI currently at the practice.

- Clinic: To be determined.

- Hospital: Regional Medical Center, 106 beds.

- Requirements: Board Certified in Gastroenterology, Active Illinois License (or willingness to apply), and a clean background.

- Benefits: Travel, accommodations, and malpractice insurance paid for locum opportunities. Assistance with expedited credentialing within 30 days.
