Job description

This Regional Medical Center in ID is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join a team consisting of 1 full-time Gastroenterologist and 1 Nurse Practitioner in a hospital-employed, single-specialty group located 1 mile from the hospital. The hospital is a full-service, 145-bed Catholic facility and the largest medical center in the region, providing advanced specialty healthcare.

Situated at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater rivers, the Lewis-Clark Valley offers scenic and inviting surroundings. The community has a population of approximately 57,000 and is close to six ski resorts, numerous rivers, lakes, reservoirs, campsites, and boating opportunities.

The town was recently listed as one of the most affordable cities in the US. It is rich in history, waterways, and outdoor activities. Residents enjoy four distinct seasons and easy access to outdoor living, all at the lowest elevation in Idaho. Activities include golfing over 325 days per year, whitewater rafting, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
