Job summary

Black Women’s Mental Health Institute is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join a physician-driven practice focused on comprehensive GI services.

You will perform endoscopies (ERCP and EUS preferred), collaborate with a team including NPs, and participate in on-call duties with a 1:5 schedule. The role offers ownership opportunities, a competitive compensation package, and generous PTO/CME allowances.

Qualifications

• Board-certified gastroenterologist with valid US licensure.

Job description

Role: Full-time Gastroenterologist in a physician-driven practice with a focus on providing comprehensive GI services.

• Perform a wide range of gastroenterology procedures, including endoscopies, with preferred skills in ERCP and EUS.
• Collaborate with a team of full and part-time gastroenterologists and advanced nurse practitioners for hospital rounds and patient follow-up.
• Participate in on-call duties, with a 1:5 hospital call schedule.
• Utilize onsite facilities like infusion centers, pathology labs, and clinical research for patient care.
• Manage outpatient procedures in a well-equipped ambulatory surgery center.

• Board certification in Gastroenterology.
• Strong clinical skills with preferred ERCP and EUS experience.
