Physician Career Tracks:
1. Partnership Track (Full-Time) - Full-time physicians are eligible for shareholder status after one year, and equity in endoscopy + pathology center equity in Year 2.
2. Part-Time or Flexible Schedule - Open to physicians seeking 3-5 days per week. Ideal for those prioritizing work-life balance-whether you're raising a family, phasing into retirement, or simply want a more manageable pace.

The Opportunity:
• Join a team of 28 providers: 16 board-certified gastroenterologists, 2 pathologists, and 12 APPs.
• Enjoy a procedure focused schedule with minimal call.
• Full spectrum GI care with an on-site endoscopy center, EUS, and ERCP available.
