• Full-time, permanent position
• 165-bed hospital and a 100+ physician multi-specialty group, representing 25 medical specialties and providing care at 7 locations

Practice Specifics:

• Current team includes 1 MD and 2 APPs
• 70% endoscopy, 20% clinic, 10% inpatient
• All admissions managed by IM hospitalist service
• Call schedule: 1 weekend per month, 1 night per week

Compensation:

$570,000, guaranteed as the greater of salary or floor. Additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation may be available for hired candidates.

Brainerd, MN, located at the center of Minnesota. Known for top bike trails, lakes, hunting, fishing, quality schools, and restaurants in rural MN. Brainerd has a Delta hub with twice-daily flights to MSP. The Brainerd Lakes Area has a population of 65,000, with a regional service area of 115,000. Situated 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
