Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Part of a multi-specialty group with 120 physicians, including 5 gastroenterologists
• Competitive salary plus production bonuses
• Eligibility to become a shareholder after the associate year

About the Group:

The clinic is a private medical group owned and managed by physicians. During the first year, physicians receive an associate contract with a competitive guarantee and production bonus, along with excellent fringe benefits. After this period, physicians are eligible to become shareholders.

Our staff constitutes about one-third of the physician community in Bowling Green, with representation on hospital boards and committees at The Medical Center (350 beds) and a 200-bed hospital. Many physicians have admitting or consulting privileges at local hospitals.

The clinic occupies over 120,000 square feet near The Medical Center, offering in-house ancillary services like physical therapy, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, bone densitometry, sleep lab, and nuclear medicine. In 2000, the clinic partnered with The Medical Center via an expansion of an urgent care walk-in facility.
