• Clinical Role:
  • Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine
  • Group of 2 physicians
  • Provider will be expected to see 15-20 patients per day (non-negotiable)
  • High volume office practice
  • Work with an experienced urologist
  • Fully trained staff with an advanced practice provider
  • Blocked time in OR
  • Fully integrated EMR
  • Well-defined referral sources from employed and affiliated primary care physicians
  • Onsite lab and X-ray facilities
  • Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
  • Not accepting locum submissions
  • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on timely submission of requested information
• Organization:
  • Market-competitive compensation following MGMA guidelines; candidates may submit salary expectations
  • Sign-on bonus (negotiable)
  • Relocation allowance (with real estate purchase in Ashtabula County)
  • 3-year contract: guaranteed salary for years one and two with bonus incentives; year three based on productivity with bonus
