GI in Arkansas

40 minutes from Little Rock, 45 miles to Clinton National/Adams Field Airport (LIT), and 150 miles to Memphis International Airport (MEM). This position is part of a Family Medicine Residency Program.

Join a hospital-employed group with 2 GI specialists on staff.

Options:

1. Outpatient with scopes - no coverage, no weekends
2. Traditional inpatient/outpatient with scopes - no coverage, no weekends

• Dedicated 3-room GI suite outfitted with Olympus equipment, ensuring quick turn-around times and supported by excellent staff
• Strong referral and existing patient base
• Availability of da Vinci robotics
• ERCP experience is a plus but not required
• Coverage ratio: 1:4
• New Specialty Hospital opened in June
• Level III Trauma Center with 19 ICU beds and 12 surgery suites in the main OR
• 28 specialties and 130 medical staff members
• Strong anesthesia team of 20 professionals
• Electronic Medical Records: Allscripts
• Family Medicine Residency on campus, affiliated with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
• Two osteopathic medical schools in the state, with opportunities to have students in clinic with stipends
