Tyler Regional Hospital in Tyler, TX is seeking a Day-Shift, full-time Gastroenterology Clinic Patient Services Rep to join our team. You will handle front-desk tasks and coordinate patient services to ensure smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, processing payments, authorizations, and documenting encounters. A high school diploma and basic PC skills with Windows are required; preferred experience in payments posting and charge entry.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC skills and comfort with the Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required.
• Experience posting payments and charge entry is preferred.

Mansioni

• Patient check in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification.
• Obtaining authorization, collecting payments and charge posting.
• Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital.
• Other duties as assigned.
