Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in northern Illinois to provide a Gastroenterology Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage. Schedule is 10-hour day shifts with 7 on/7 off in an inpatient setting using Epic EMR; board-certified PA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Physician Assistant (Gastroenterology) required.
• Inpatient locum tenens coverage experience preferred.
• EMR: Epic used for charting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology inpatient coverage as a locum tenens PA.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to manage patient census and care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure continuity of care during assignments.
