Medicus Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a hospital located about an hour outside Chicago, Illinois, seeking a Gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm; no call shifts.

Responsibilities include clinic, GI lab procedures, and inpatient rounding; Epic EMR; APP support; paid travel and expenses; must be board-certified. This position offers exposure to a Level II Trauma Center and is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible assignments

Qualifications

• Board-certified gastroenterologist with active license.
• Experience with endoscopy and GI procedures.
• Ability to manage clinic, procedures, and inpatient rounding.
• Located near Chicago area preferred.
