Job summary

Intermountain Health in Provo, UT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a brand-new Gastroenterology Medical Group. Practice with a team of physicians, APPs, and nurses across clinic and endoscopy sites.

Position offers up to $7,500 relocation assistance, 40 hours per week over four days, and full prescriptive authority with DEA. Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated GI discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver optimal patient care within gastroenterology as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and nursing staff across clinic and endoscopy locations.
• Complete Intermountain credentialing requirements and maintain DEA/ prescriptive authority.
