Job summary

Advocate Health Navicent Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Gastroenterology practice in Georgia. The NP will facilitate administrative and clinical activities under physician supervision, collaborating with other providers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements include a Master's in Nursing and current RN/APRN licensure in Georgia. Must engage in CEUs, maintain confidentiality, and work variable schedules to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master Degree in Nursing.
• Must maintain a current RN and APRN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Must demonstrate competence in their practice setting and maintain CEUs each renewal period.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality clinical care to patients in hospital and/or office setting according to protocol.
• Completes all Medical Record documentation in a timely and complete manner.
• Maximizes timely collection of clinical revenue by submitting complete and accurate billing information within 48 hours of service.
