Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider within 60 days after hire.
• Complete Medical Assistant certification within 12 months after hire.
• Commitment to work for the organization post course completion for one year.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, escort them to examination rooms, and prepare for procedures.
• Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; obtain medical history.
• Assist healthcare professionals during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures; perform basic lab tests.
• Administrative support: schedule appointments, manage patient records, billing and coding tasks, and manage supplies.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient confidentiality; support across departments as needed.
