Job summary

The University of Miami is seeking a Clinical Instructor in the Division of Gastroenterology to lead advanced therapeutic endoscopy training and supervise GI fellows. The role focuses on ERCP and EUS procedures and includes clinical care responsibilities across the Medical Campus and Lennar Foundation Medical Center.

Ideal candidates will hold an MD with US internal medicine training, a completed GI fellowship, and ABIM certification (or board eligible).

Qualifications

• MD degree with ACGME US internal medicine internship and residency.
• Completed 3-year GI fellowship.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology or board eligible.
• Valid Florida medical license or eligible to apply (license required before credentialing).

Responsibilities

• Provide training in advanced therapeutic endoscopy including ERCP and EUS.
• Supervise GI fellows in outpatient procedures on the Medical Campus or Lennar Foundation Medical Center.
• Involve in clinical care and scholarly activities as time permits.
• Assist with billing for supervisory services.
