Job summary

Qualifications

• CCMA or RMA certification required.
• Experience in gastroenterology or internal medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for visits and procedures.
• Obtain vitals, medical histories, medications, allergies, and chief complaints.
• Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
• Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and dietary recommendations.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, labs, imaging, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure smooth patient flow.
