Gastroenterology – Southern Oregon

Join a new gastroenterology service line in Southern Oregon! This is an exciting opportunity for four BC/BE Gastroenterologists to build and shape a program from the ground up in a supportive, physician-led environment. Candidates with expertise in ERCP and EUS are strongly encouraged to apply. Visa candidates are welcome.

Opportunity Highlights
  • Year 1: Base salary $570,000
  • Year 2: Higher of guaranteed $570,000 or $/wRVU plan + incentives up to 16%
  • Year 3: $/wRVU-based salary + incentives up to 16%
  • Signing bonus
  • Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
  • Annual CME allowance
  • 240 hours (30 days) authorized time off per year
  • Call schedule to be determined as the service line develops
  • Collaboration with an independent GI group currently supporting the hospital
