Job summary

WVUHS Medical Group seeks a Gastroenterologist to practice in Wheeling, WV, and Glen Dale, WV. The successful candidate will provide gastroenterology care within the WVU Health System, a large network across the state.

Required qualifications include an MD or DO, eligibility for state medical license, board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology, and completion of internal medicine residency with a gastroenterology fellowship. This position is on-site with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and eligibility for state medical license.
• Board certified or eligible in gastroenterology; completed internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship.
• All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the area of gastroenterology within WVUHS Medical Group in Wheeling and Glen Dale, WV.
• Deliver patient care and participate in department activities as assigned.
