True North Consultants, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Gastroenterologist to join our team in 2028.

The physician will perform ERCPs and a wide range of endoscopic procedures, collaborating with colleagues including a fellow gastroenterologist, four general surgeons, and advanced practice providers. The role includes outpatient consultations, endoscopy, and teaching medical students and residents, with a shared monthly call schedule and additional compensation for extra call duties.

Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of a gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board certified or board certification eligible; with certification to be obtained within five years if not already certified.
• Must hold or be eligible for a Georgia Medical License or participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Experience with EUS procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including ERCP, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and capsule endoscopy.
• Split weekly duties between outpatient clinic consultations and endoscopy procedures.
• Participate in a shared call schedule, requiring one week of call per month with additional compensation for extra call duties.
• Engage in teaching activities with medical students and residents, with opportunities for mentorship.
