This full-time role offers collaboration with a fellow gastroenterologist, four general surgeons, and advanced practice providers, with proficiency in ERCP expected. Responsibilities include performing ERCP, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and capsule endoscopy; splitting time between outpatient clinics and endoscopy; sharing on-call duties with compensation for extra calls; and teaching medical

Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of a gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board certification: board certified or board certification eligible, with certification obtained within five years if not already certified.
• Georgia Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact eligibility.
• Experience with EUS procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including ERCP, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and capsule endoscopy.
• Split weekly duties between outpatient clinic consultations and endoscopy procedures.
• Participate in a shared call schedule with additional compensation for extra call duties.
• Engage in teaching activities with medical students and residents.
