A leading healthcare organization seeks a Gastroenterologist in Huntsville, Alabama, offering a comprehensive compensation package, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to be part of a growing community. We are seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our hospital-employed, well-established group. Currently, there are six physicians, and a growing community demands the addition of another physician. Our physicians see 15-25 patients per day in the clinic, performing all approved gastroenterological procedures including M2A Capsule, EUS, and ERCP.
Our group has 14 exam rooms and is located in a medical professional tower attached to the hospital. We employ 37 full-time staff, including an on-site office manager, receptionist, RNs, and four Nurse Practitioners in the hospital. Our state-of-the-art Endoscopy Lab can perform over 1,200 procedures per month, with 24-hour in-house radiology coverage.
The position offers an excellent compensation package, including a highly competitive salary with wRVU-based incentives, paid vacation, CME allowance, health and life insurance, malpractice insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
Huntsville Hospital, with 901 licensed beds, is one of the largest locally owned not-for-profit hospitals in the nation and the second-largest healthcare system in Alabama.
