Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a physician fellow for inpatient coverage at a Charleston, WV area facility. You will perform colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures, conduct rounding and consults, and manage scoping on the inpatient unit.

The role includes 10-hour weekday shifts with 8-hour weekend shifts, 2 NP support during the week, and first-night on-call duties, with weekend coverage at an additional hospital site. Paid malpractice, travel and housing are provided.

Qualifications

• Colonoscopy and endoscopy skills required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rounding, consults, and scoping.
• 2 NP support available during the week.
• Fellow takes first call at night.
• Weekend coverage includes additional hospital site.
• 10-hour weekday shifts, 8-hour weekend shifts.
