Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a locum tenens physician in South Charleston, WV, to cover outpatient consults and procedures in a busy clinical setting.

You will perform EGD and colonoscopies, averaging about 14 patients per day in 30-minute blocks, with two weeks of ongoing coverage per month.

ACLS certification and hospital privileges are required. Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, plus pre-paid travel and housing, and 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• Hospital privileges required.
• EGD and colonoscopies performed.

Responsibilities

• 2 days of consults per week and 3 days of procedures per week.
• Outpatient only setting.
• Coverage of two weeks per month.
