LocumTenens.com, LLC is seeking a board-certified gastroenterologist to provide inpatient and clinic gastroenterology coverage at a Virginia health system on-site. The assignment runs December through May with day shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Typical daily census is 20–25 patients with 8–10 admissions and 4 procedures per day; ERCP proficiency is preferred. No travel stipend is noted. EPIC EMR is used for documentation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified gastroenterologist with active license.
• ERCP proficiency preferred for this assignment.
• Experience in inpatient and clinic gastroenterology settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient and clinic-based gastroenterology coverage.
• Support on-site call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM with ~1–2 callbacks.
• Manage an average daily census of 20–25 patients and 8–10 admissions.
• Perform 2–4 procedures per day, including 2–4 add-on procedures.
