Job summary

Snoqualmie Valley Health in Snoqualmie, WA seeks a Gastroenterologist to deliver comprehensive GI care in inpatient and outpatient settings, including endoscopic procedures. This is a full-time role (0.75 FTE or more) with benefits eligibility, located at a community hospital district.

The position emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ongoing education, and delivery of high-quality outcomes in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Current Washington State license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Current DEA registration and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of GI, hepatobiliary, and pancreatic disorders.
• Perform inpatient and outpatient consultations.
• Maintain complete, timely medical records per standards.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and prevention.
• Collaborate with referring providers for continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Lead innovation and expand gastroenterology services.
• Assist with hospital call coverage.
