What’s great about working and living here? The practice is very well run and incredibly efficient, which creates great work-life balance. Fantastic neighborhoods in which to live. Very low cost of living and crime, great public/private schools for all age groups. Great place to raise a family. Beautiful and clean, with access to tons of nearby outdoor activities. Also, surprisingly short drives to Pittsburgh and even Washington, D.C. Blue Knob All Seasons Resort about 20 minutes away (fantastic skiing!).

Exceptional culture: Atmosphere of enthusiasm. Family oriented. Very supportive of staff, keeping them happy is a top priority. Doctors stay on schedule because of great staff.

Other highlights of the position:

  1. Accelerated path to partnership.
  2. Thanks to abundance of APPs and nurses, physicians are out of the office by 4/4:30.
  3. Time off: 5 weeks as an Associate, 7 weeks as partner and then every 5 years another week is added up to a maximum of 12 weeks vacation. Time off is very important to the group.
  4. Reputation: Local and regional reputation for high quality, even among peers as far away as Pittsburgh. Patient reviews are remarkable.
  5. Reasonable call: 1:8 following next hire. Very few night calls and consults.
  6. Well-balanced inpatient/outpatient mix. Approximately 10% hospital, 45% office, 45% ASC.
  7. Work-life balance. Our physicians enjoy great pay, less time in the hospital and lots of time off. The world-class business management team takes care of all the administrative burdens, so the physicians can spend more time with patients and their families!

  9. You will receive a significant amount of Profit Interest shares when you become a partner.
