Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Illinois.
• Board certified or board eligible in gastroenterology.
• Prescribe narcotics if applicable and DEA registered.
• Be eligible as a provider for Medicare/Medicaid and other federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in GI.
• Perform GI procedures and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
