Job summary

Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join a team of eight physicians and three advanced practice providers. The successful candidate will practice general GI with potential focus on therapeutic IBD and hepatology, and will participate in a four- to five-day schedule.

You will consult at a single hospital within a strong hospitalist program, with a call schedule of 1:8 (ERCP call 1:3).

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist.
• Fellowship trained.
• Interest in general GI, therapeutic IBD and hepatology.
• J1 candidates welcome.
• Full-time position with a four- or five-day schedule.
• Consult at a hospital with a strong hospitalist program.
• Call is 1:8 when fully staffed; ERCP call is 1:3.
• 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits.
• 14-16 procedures per day.
• GI team rotates to Confluence Health clinics in Omak and Moses Lake, WA.

Responsibilities

• Consult at one hospital with a strong hospitalist program.
• Perform 14-16 GI procedures per day.
• Balance 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits.
• Share call duties 1:8 when fully staffed; ERCP call 1:3.
• Rotate to outlying clinics in Omak and Moses Lake, WA.
