RosmanSearch, Inc. is partnering with a central Washington health system to recruit gastroenterologists for a full-time role in Wenatchee.

This position offers flexibility with a 4- or 5-day workweek and a competitive compensation package designed for work-life balance. You will join a skilled team of seven physicians and six advanced practitioners, with possible partnership opportunities in a physician-owned group.

Located in the heart of central Washington, this award-winning health system is excited to welcome additional gastroenterologists to its team. You'll be part of a skilled team of seven physicians (four General GI, two Therapeutic GIs, one Hepatologist, and one Motility Specialist), and six advanced practice providers. Partnership opportunities are available in this physician-owned group.

General GI Position Overview:

• Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)
• Call is 1:8 when fully staffed
• 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits
• 14-16 procedures per day
• Opportunities for outreach in 2 surrounding areas
