Job summary

North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL, is seeking a gastroenterologist to join a collaborative team of 3 GI physicians and 2 APPs. The role offers hospital-employed or private practice options, with a flexible schedule including traditional or 7 on/7 off models.

The position features a state-of-the-art endoscopy lab and a competitive compensation package with base salary, wRVU production bonus, sign-on and relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified gastroenterologist with MD/DO degree required.
• Experience in endoscopy/endoscopic procedures preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with APPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive GI care in a hospital-employed or private practice setting.
• Collaborate with GI physicians and APPs to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in endoscopy lab activities and on-call coverage as needed.
