Job summary

North Alabama Medical Center (NAMC) in Florence, AL, seeks a board-certified/eligible gastroenterologist to join an established practice in a state-of-the-art facility opened in 2018. The team includes 3 GI physicians and 2 APPs, with access to an advanced endoscopy lab and ERCP capabilities.

Options for hospital employment or private practice with a recruiting agreement are available. Visa sponsorship (O-1, J-1) may be arranged through ARC and HHS programs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Experience in advanced GI procedures such as ERCP and colonoscopy.
• Licensed to practice in Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team of 3 GI physicians and 2 APPs.
• Provide interpretation and management of GI conditions and perform endoscopic procedures.
• Participate in patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Contribute to a modern endoscopy lab and program growth.
