Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe
- Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools is preferred
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with surgical and primary care teams
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders
- Clinic patient load of 20–30 per day; hospital patients 10–15 per day
- 1:7 call rotation
- Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in outpatient or hospital settings
- Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic conditions such as IBD and liver disease
- Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for integrated treatment plans
