Job summary

AOIA in the Chicagoland area is seeking board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologists to join established GI programs at hospital locations within the city and suburbs. This physician-friendly environment offers strong earning potential, flexibility, and the opportunity to help grow GI services across the system.

The incoming physician will enter an established referral network with solid procedural volume and supportive staff to enable efficient practice.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologists.
• MD/DO medical degree and active licensure in Illinois.
• Strong procedural and clinical GI skills.

Responsibilities

• Balanced mix of outpatient clinic, procedures, and inpatient rounding.
• Endoscopy services available onsite.
• Manage 1:3 call rotation with APP support and flexible scheduling.
• Help build and expand GI services throughout the system.
