Job summary
Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join a busy, community-focused practice. You will deliver advanced GI care, including complex GI management, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions, with opportunities for leadership and growth.
The role involves performing ERCP, EUS, EMR, and collaborating within a multi-specialty network. Epic EMR is used, and a competitive compensation package with relocation and CME support is offered.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Active or eligible Texas medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Completion of ACGME Residency and Gastroenterology fellowship.
- American Board Certification and active BLS.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex GI conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions.
- Contribute to growth and development of the gastroenterology division within Baylor St. Luke's Health.
- Perform advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP, EUS, and EMR.
- Some call will be required.
