Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a permanent role in Murfreesboro, TN, part of the greater Nashville area. The position combines a substantial guaranteed compensation with productivity-based earnings and strong procedural support.

The schedule blends outpatient and procedural work with endoscopy resources, APP support, and collaboration with surgeons and hospitalists. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
• Completion or anticipated completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure.
• ERCP experience welcomed but not required.
• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology evaluations.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower endoscopy.
• Manage inflammatory bowel disease and chronic digestive conditions.
• Evaluate liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, and suspected malignancies.
• Provide inpatient consultations when scheduled.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, surgeons, primary care physicians, nurses, and APPs.
• Participate in quality-improvement and service-development activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
