Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
• Completion or anticipated completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure.
• ERCP experience welcomed but not required.
• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology evaluations.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower endoscopy.
• Manage inflammatory bowel disease and chronic digestive conditions.
• Evaluate liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, and suspected malignancies.
• Provide inpatient consultations when scheduled.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, surgeons, primary care physicians, nurses, and APPs.
• Participate in quality-improvement and service-development activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a permanent opportunity in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, within the greater Nashville region.

Schedule and Clinical Balance

• Two outpatient consultation days
• Two procedure-focused days
• One flexible day for inpatient consultations, follow-up care, or program development

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Completion or anticipated completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure
• Strong procedural judgment and collaborative communication skills
• Practicing gastroenterologists and graduating fellows encouraged to apply
• Physicians completing training in 2027 or 2028 are welcome
• ERCP experience is welcomed but not required
