Job summary

LocumTenens.com is seeking a board-certified gastroenterologist to cover an on-site 24/7 GI ED call in Fresno, CA. The assignment features ERCPs, endoscopy, colonoscopy, stent placements, and related GI procedures during ongoing coverage.

The ideal candidate has experience with GI interventions and can start ASAP, with roughly 7–15 shifts per month. EUS experience is preferred but not required; nurses and endoscopy techs support the team on site.

Qualifications

• Board-certified gastroenterologist.

Responsibilities

• This opportunity includes 24/7 GI ED call coverage.
• Procedures include ERCPs, dilation, sphincterotomy, stent placement, endoscopy, colonoscopy, esophageal dilation, bleed control, banding, EGDs, biopsies, foreign body removal, duodenal cases, polypectomies, sclerotherapy, and Bravo studies.
• EUS experience is preferred.
