Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a high-volume Gastroenterologist for a mission-driven hospital in New Jersey. The role offers a split time between clinic and procedures in a hospital endoscopy suite, with a guaranteed base salary starting at $600,000 and potential production incentives.

The incoming physician will work with a growing GI team of four GIs and APPs, participate in academic collaboration, and enjoy 25 days of PTO, CME funds, and occurrence-based malpractice coverage, plus the opportunity

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal medicine and general surgery residents across clinical settings
• Support the future development of a GI Fellowship program in an academic-friendly environment
• Earn a guaranteed base salary starting at $600K, plus production incentives
• Option for advanced-trained Gastroenterologist who can perform a minimum of 50% advanced GI cases, including ERCP and EUS
• Practice at an award-winning facility recognized for quality, safety, and innovation
• Split time evenly between clinic visits and procedures in a hospital endoscopy suite
• Work closely with a growing GI team, including 4 general GIs and multiple APPs
• Receive 25 days of PTO, CME funds, and occurrence-based malpractice coverage
