Job summary

MUSC Health in Murrells Inlet and Georgetown, SC, seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join a growing, community-based health system within MUSC Health. This employed role serves Georgetown and Horry Counties, offering both inpatient and outpatient GI services.

• Eligible for medical license in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time inpatient and outpatient GI care due to volume growth.
• Join a well-established group with experienced GI colleagues and APPs.
• Participate in 1:6 call with planned future 1:7 call.
• Work across two acute-care hospitals and multiple outpatient sites.
• Support with dedicated MA, marketing/outreach, and Epic EHR.

Gastroenterologist - Murrells Inlet and Georgetown, SC

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) at Tidelands Health is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Gastroenterologist to join a growing community-based health system in Murrells Inlet and Georgetown, South Carolina. This role is an employed position within MUSC Health and practices within the Tidelands Health system to serve Georgetown and Horry Counties, the second fastest growing region in the country.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Gastroenterology

• Eligible for medical license in South Carolina
  

Position Highlights:

• Full-time inpatient/outpatient practice opportunity due to volume growth
