Chevron Corp. is seeking a Gasoline Blending Scheduler in Houston to manage blending activities and optimize gasoline movements across terminals.

You will coordinate with traders, inspectors, and terminal operators to ensure on-time execution and alignment with trading commitments. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day scheduling, managing nominations, forecasting, and inventory control while collaborating with the HBC trading team and third-party customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated blending experience.
• Understanding of gasoline specs across grades preferred.
• Experience in energy, manufacturing, transportation, or finance.
• Demonstrated leadership with focus on Operational Excellence.
• Demonstrated organizing and planning skills.
• Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and identify root causes.
• Strong communication skills for multiple levels in the org.
• Influencing skills and teamwork in diverse groups.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; SAP/Right-Angle a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set blending activities based on trading commitments and optimize blends.
• Lead day-to-day scheduling and operations for trading teams, including blending and forecasting.
• Manage nominations for pipeline, marine, rail and/or truck carriers; monitor movements.
• Collaborate with traders to manage physical inventory and output.
• Monitor pipeline/terminal operations to optimize schedules.
• Engage with industry experts and maintain communication lines.
• Communicate costs, optimization initiatives, and best practices.
