Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prior fabrication or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hand-cutting rubber and gasket materials.
• Reading and interpreting customer prints and job specifications.
• Gluing and bonding rubber materials.
• Operating rotary slitter and other fabrication equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following all safety procedures.
