Job summary

Wade Trim is seeking a Project Manager to support day-to-day operations for internal and outsourced teams serving gas and electric utility clients in Michigan. The role reports to the client manager and coordinates performance, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position involves preparing performance data, dashboards, and materials for leadership and client meetings, attending meetings when requested, and escalating risks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Analytics, or related field with 2 years of experience in project coordination or related areas, or 6 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of operational KPIs, service expectations, performance reporting, and corrective action tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues when needed.
• Willingness to travel throughout Michigan; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across internal and outsourced operational teams.
• Monitor and report on service expectations and KPIs, including productivity and cost performance.
• Maintain performance scorecards, dashboards, and action-item tracking.
• Prepare KPI data and supporting materials for leadership and client meetings.
• Attend client meetings when requested and escalate significant risks or decisions.
