Feeney Brothers Utility Services in Fall River, MA is seeking a Utility Construction Foreman to lead a small crew in the safe installation of underground utilities, with a focus on natural gas projects. This role ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations.

The Foreman oversees project execution, provides training, and serves as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in gas installation techniques and standards preferred.
• OSHA/OQ certifications.
• Experience leading construction or utility crews.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise a crew of 2-5 employees.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure crew compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Plan and coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish, ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safely and on time.
• Read and interpret plans to guide layout, sequencing, and pipe installation.
• Complete and maintain all required documentation, including timesheets, reports, and traceability records.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications and local codes.
• Assist in placing underground pipes, operating power tools, and performing manual labor as needed.
• Load and unload equipment and materials for daily projects.
• Identify utilities and potential hazards, implementing measures to ensure crew safety.
• Maintain and clean construction equipment and company vehicles.
