Job summary

Precision Pipeline Solutions is hiring a Construction Laborer for the gas distribution industry in Pennsylvania. You will perform intensive labor, hand dig, operate equipment, and support the crew in installing natural gas mains and service lines.

You must be physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to communicate with the foreman to ensure task completion. Role involves working Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime, travel within the Harrisburg area, and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Ability to safely operate motorized vehicles and heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment such as dump trucks, tampers, generators, air compressors.
• Assist the crew with installation of natural gas mains and service lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and inspect fluids and grease levels on vehicles/equipment.
• Follow safety precautions around natural gas and heavy equipment.
• Communicate effectively with foreman and crew to complete tasks.
• Lift and carry materials; hand dig with shovel and dig bars.
• Travel to locations within the UGI/Harrisburg area as needed (expenses covered by employee).
• Adhere to safety standards and stop-work procedures as required.
• Complete required qualifications and requalifications as directed.
