Job summary

Precision Pipeline Solutions, LLC in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Construction Laborer to perform intensive physical labor, digging trenches and assisting in installing natural gas mains, using hand and power tools. You must be capable of heavy lifting and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in construction
• Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year
• Must have the ability to safely operate a motorized vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and ability to follow written and oral instructions

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment such as dump trucks, tampers, generators, air compressors
• Assist the crew with construction and installation of natural gas mains and service lines
• Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of vehicles and equipment; check fluids daily
• Follow safety precautions around hazards of natural gas and heavy equipment
• Communicate effectively with foreman and crew to complete tasks
• Lift/carry materials and use hand/power tools as needed
• Be able to dig with shovel and digging bars
• Travel as required within the Harrisburg area; travel costs may be covered by the company
