Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience successfully managing complex engineering projects.
• 3+ years of experience with gas turbine components.
• Experience using project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to support the design and analysis of gas turbine engine hardware.
• Manage daily/weekly activities of team members and report status.
• Manage project schedule using MS Project and Primavera.
• Interface with customers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Drive project execution to deliver on time and on budget.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and quality plans.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team.
• Lead the team in developing project scope.
• Monitor progress and ensure technical excellence.
• Enforce regulatory and Belcan procedures.
• Meet daily with analyst team and project managers to set directions.
• Perform contract reviews and resolve issues with the customer.
• Lead the team to deliver customer satisfaction.
