Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking an Engineer with gas turbine NPSS experience for the Performance & Operability team in Phoenix, AZ. You will build, debug, and maintain steady-state and transient thermal models, and connect NPSS models to MBSE tools such as Cameo.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis and sharing NPSS modeling techniques with the team, mentoring others, and collaborating with global teams on NPI programs involving gas turbine engines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, or engineering).
• Experience with turbine engine Performance & Operability Modeling and Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, debug, refine, and maintain steady state and transient thermal models using NPSS (Numerical Propulsion System Simulation).
• Foster productive knowledge transfer of NPSS modeling techniques.
• Perform requirements analysis & requirements decomposition.
